What’s included on the trip?

This once in a lifetime adventure spans 9 days and includes:
4 full days swimming with Humpback Whales. Snorkelling in breathtaking caves and lagoons.
1 additional day to swim with whales or to scuba dive*, or explore the island.

Beach front resort accommodation including buffet breakfast {Trips 1, 2 & 3).

What gear I need to bring?

Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are essentials items.

We highly recommend that you bring your own fitted mask, snorkel and flippers. These should be tested before the trip to ensure equipment faults don’t get in the way of your interaction with the whales.

A wetsuit or wetsuit top can be beneficial to keep you warm on board the boat if overcast and windy, now required and essential.

What’s the duration of trip?

In total, the trip goes for 9 days.

Are flights included in the package?

We provide an itinerary for you to book your flights.

What International airport do we depart from?

Flights depart from and return to Sydney Kingsford International Airport. However, other international airport departures can be organised.

Is all accommodation included?

Yes, we have 1 night accommodation in Fiji and the remaining 7 nights are spent in Vava’u at the Tongan Beach Resort, waterfront.

What meals are included?

Daily buffet breakfasts, snacks, light lunch & fruit are included on board the boats.
All other meals can be purchased at Tongan Beach Resort or various cafe’s, restaurants and convenience stores located in Neiafu.

What’s the water temperature in Tonga?

The water temperature ranges from 25 to 27 degrees in Tonga so a wetsuit isn’t essential, however, wearing one is advisable as it can get cool out of the water.
